Overcharged me a basic car price and was sold for 10k more and then interest was high even though my credit score was at 740 and got a lower interest rate on another car with lower interest and around same price and went to dealerships to see and they told me the same thing i got overcharged and interest rate is so high up for a credit score like that and the down payment wouldnt matter 👎🏾 dont recommend this dealership only thing is nice is just the services very helpful but other than that its worth more getting from another dealership

I had heard bad things about Laredo Dodge dealership as a whole but never actually believed it. Bought a Dodge vehicle out of town with a very good 7 yr warranty that can be use anywhere in the U.S. The issue check engine light comes on and took it to this "Dodge" dealership service department. It took them 2 1/2 weeks to fix my vehicle but I was told by an inside person (they forget everyone knows someone in laredo) that this dealerships as well as others push your vehicles back if you don't buy with them. Very bad experience with this dealer. Do not ever trust this dealer. I have bought a used car online. They showed the full picture of the car. I have asked multiple time about the Car condition, and they told me that everything in perfect condition. After buying we found the car had many expensive fix (Car radio broken, ABS broken, Tail lamp broken, Multiple dents, Seat broken. Almost $8000 worth issues. I purchase a brand new 3500 tradesman on November 12,2022. The transmission stop working at 442 miles. The dealership is literally dodging me screening my calls and they want give me the GM email. Don’t buy from the they don’t care once your vehicle leaves the lot.

We ordered the vehicle August of 2021 and it arrived October 2021, a 2 month wait in such hard times with COVID-19. Unacceptable service! I purchased a new vehicle October 2020. Since I purchased the vehicle, I have had problems with it. The radio along with all functions & controls (a/c, signal lights, etc) would completely die out whether driving or parked. I took video of some instances before going to the service department, after they kept my car a few days, I was told this was not enough. I spend all day at the dealer but hey it's a long process and it's worth it at the end. The team was amazing. They got me at the monthly payment I wanted they went out of their way to got my vehicle from their other lot. At the end I was satisfied with both the team and my vehicle. He had issues wih the finance company and called me up forcing me to resolve issues that I was unaware of, he demanded I go look for my co-signer at their workplace, when I said I wouldn’t do that , he turned even more rude and told me “ what’s it going to be? This dealer tries all the textbook high pressure sales tactics such as focusing on monthly payments, four square sales pitch. they would ask me "what kind of offer i wanted" i would reply "just give me your best", we would talk in circles but obviously they had more room to work with based off what the salesman was saying and his persistence in trying to goad me into giving him a specific number. Constantly lying to customer's about the status of the vehicle. Months spent in the dealership trying to figure out the problem and repairs that have me going back in the next week to start the arduous process all over again. Worst is they are the only dealership around so I don't have a choice. My next vehicle sure won't be a Chrysler I can tell you that. Horrible.
